When
you become a Tickle Your Fancy Consultant, you take the first step to owning your
own business. All
Tickle Your Fancy Consultants are Independent Consultants, not employees. An Independent
Consultant is a self-employed sales distributor who purchases products at a discount
from Tickle Your Fancy and resells the products to the public. Tickle Your Fancy
offers a competitive Compensation Plan that allows you 6 ways to earn income. Tickle
Your Fancy is a home party business of romance enrichment and personal pleasure
products. As an Independent Consultant, you schedule your work hours.
As
an Independent Consultant, you are free to build your business, as you like, as
long as you adhere to all Tickle Your Fancy's current policies and procedures.
Policies and Procedures are updated as needed. You will receive a copy of all
new Policies and Procedures with the effective date. In
return, Tickle Your Fancy, Inc. will provide you with quality adult products and
ongoing support and assistance to ensure that your business and your profits continue
to grow.
The
Tickle Your Fancy Business Kits and Optional Inventory Kits
Consultants
use a Business Kit to start their Tickle Your Fancy business. Two Business Kits
are available. Business Kit A costs $72.00 plus $7.95 for shipping and contains
the consultant web page, consultant manual and one of each of our three catalogs.
Business Kit B costs $190.00 plus $19.00 for shipping and contains Consultant
web page, Consultant Manual, several of each of our three catalogs, order forms,
invitations and business cards.
We
also offer two optional Inventory Kits, which may be purchased within 30 days
of signing the Consultant Agreement. These Inventory Kits contain a variety of
our most popular toys and personal products to present and demonstrate to prospective
customers at home parties. Inventory Kit A costs $200.00 plus $20.00 for shipping
and contains $400.00 of retail products and Inventory Kit B costs $300.00 plus
$30.00 for shipping and contains $700.00 of retail products. Out of stock items
may be substituted with a product of equal or higher value. A
prospective Consultant will receive his/her kit(s) after she/he has signed a Consultant's
contract with Tickle Your Fancy. The contents of the Tickle Your Fancy Business
Kits and Inventory Kits are determined by the main office and selected with the
Consultant in mind.
Earning
Income With Tickle Your Fancy
Tickle Your Fancy has developed a
well-rounded compensation program, which allows Consultants to earn income in
6 ways.

Sales Commission and Buying Discounts
As
an Independent Consultant with Tickle Your Fancy, Inc., you earn a commission
(a percentage of your retail sales). Your commission is the difference between
the price you purchase products for and the price you sell the products for. All
Consultants earn a 30% commission. Internet
Sales Commissions
The
corporate website will track any sales which occur when customers place an order
through your personalized web page. Included within your signup kit is the setup
of your personalized web page. Your
commission on Internet sales will be 30%. Internet sales volume will also be included
in the calculation of your monthly Personal Sales Volume. This
means that you are eligible to earn a 5% Personal Sales Bonus or 10% Personal
Sales Bonus on Internet Sales, when your Personal Sales Volume reaches the required
thresholds. Commissions
earned on Internet sales will be included with any Leadership Bonuses, Personal
Sales Bonuses, Personal Promotion Bonuses and Fast Start Sponsor Bonuses earned
and mailed or direct deposited once a month. There is a $25.00 check minimum.
All commissions
and bonuses earned under $25.00 will be rolled over to the next month, until $25.00
or more has been reached. Then, a check will be issued or a payment made to your
account by direct deposit. You
can promote and advertise your personalized web page address to draw traffic to
your page and increase your Internet Sales Volume.
Personal
Sales Bonuses
In addition to the 30% you can earn on your personal
and Internet sales, Tickle Your Fancy offers you the ability to earn an additional
5% or 10% on your personal and Internet sales when your monthly sales reach $1,500
and $2,500.
·
To earn a Personal Sales Bonus 1 (PSB1), a consultant has at least $1,500 in personal
volume in a single calendar month. ·
To earn a Personal Sales Bonus 2 (PSB2), a consultant has at least $2,500 in personal
volume in a single calendar month. ·
A consultant can earn one, but not both, of the PSB1 and PSB2 bonuses. ·
Personal Sales Bonuses are paid on the month's total retail sales volume. Leadership
Bonuses
In addition
to earning commission on personal sales, you can earn Leadership Bonuses on the
sales made by your team members. The monthly leadership bonus plan rewards you
for your ongoing efforts to build, train and support a sales team. The
number of levels upon which leadership bonuses are earned, and the percentages,
vary based on the title you earn each month in the compensation plan. Please

Promotion Bonus
When
you first achieve the titles of Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, Manager, Senior
Manager, Director and Senior Director, you will be paid a Personal Promotion Bonus.
While promotions are effective the first day of the following month, this bonus
is paid in the month in which the promotion requirements are met. Personal

Fast
Start Rewards
Consultants
with more product samples tend to sell more products, but starting a new business
can be expensive. Tickle Your Fancy has created a Fast Start Program so new Consultants
can earn FREE products to help build their businesses faster.
The
Fast Start program rewards new consultants with increasing amounts of free product
as a reward for meeting the Tickle Your Fancy goals for new Consultants. 1.
Three Fast Start goal achievement periods will be measured for each new Consultant:
a.
Period One - Her application date through the last day of the next calendar month
(her months one and two). A consultant's application date is the date that her
application is processed by Tickle Your Fancy.
b. Period Two - Her third calendar
month as a Consultant.
c. Period Three - Her fourth calendar month as a Consultant.
2.
When a new Consultant submits orders for $1,000 in retail sales within her first
Fast Start period, she/he will earn $100 (retail value) in free products.
3.
When a new Consultant submits orders for $2,000 in retail sales during her second
Fast Track period and has recruited 1 activated Consultant since becoming a Consultant,
she will earn $200 (retail value) in free products.
4. When a new Consultant
submits orders for $3,000 in retail sales during her third Fast Track period and
has recruited two activated Consultants since becoming a Consultant, she will
earn $300 (retail value) in free products.
To
count as an activated recruit, the new recruit must place a first order for at
least $250 in product during the respective Fast Track Periods of the recruiter.
Consultants
will be charged a flat $10 shipping and handling charge for each Fast Track product
order.
When the new Consultant achieves the Period one, two and three goals,
the sponsor will be rewarded with Sponsor Fast Track bonuses:
1. New Consultant
purchases $1000 at retail within her first Fast Start period - the sponsor earns
a $25 bonus.
2. New Consultant purchases $2,000 at retail within her second
Fast Track period and recruits at least one activated consultant since becoming
a Consultant - the sponsor earns a $50 bonus.
3. New Consultant purchases $3,000
at retail within her third Fast Track period and recruits at least two activated
Consultants since becoming a Consultant- sponsor earns a $75 bonus.
Fast Start
Sponsor Bonuses are awarded to active sponsors in the commission run for the month
in which personally sponsored consultants achieve their Fast Start goals. The
Fast Start Sponsor Bonus will be included in the sponsor's monthly commission
check. If a sponsor is not active in the month in which a personal recruit attains
a Fast Start goal, the sponsor is not eligible to receive a Fast Track Sponsor
bonus.
Earning
Potential
Each
Consultant has the opportunity to earn a good income. Because there are many factors
that affect each Consultant's sales, we cannot make any promises or guarantees
as to how much you will earn. Party
Leads
The company
is doing aggressive Internet marketing and receives party requests from all over
the country every week. Party leads are distributed to Consultants in the local
area (or the area you are willing to cover). Shipping
Tickle
Your Fancy has it's own distribution warehouse to provide a large selection of
products and quick, reliable service. Our shipping department usually ships within
3 business days, unless we are out of stock, in which case we will ship the
items as soon as possible. All orders can be shipped directly to your customers
for no additional fee. This means less work for you! No hassle of delivering or
shipping items after your party.

Hostess Rewards Plan
Tickle Your Fancy has created an enticing Hostess
Rewards Plan, which will cost you only $10.00 per party! Many other companies
require you to give each hostess 10% or more of the party sales in free product
at YOUR EXPENSE. That is money out of your pocket and can significantly reduce
your income. With Tickle Your Fancy, your Hostesses will earn great rewards for
a minimal cost to you, only $10.00 per party! Tickle Your Fancy covers all other
Hostess Rewards expenses, so you can earn more money from each party.
